Intelligence Risk Management

Adrian Rocha is a political scientist and strategic affairs consultant with a focus on competitive intelligence and complex geopolitical risk environments. He completed master’s and doctoral-level studies in political science, strategic affairs, and intelligence analysis. He is the author of numerous articles on domestic and international politics, and in 2023 published his first book, a study on populism in Valencia, Spain, later released in 2025 by Editorial Almaluz in Buenos Aires, Argentina. His professional experience spans advisory roles for U.S. and European companies, academic institutions, and think tanks on political and economic dynamics affecting business development. He has contributed to the research and implementation of telecommunications projects across Latin America, Asia, and Europe. Part of his experience includes living and working in Chile, where he advised on telecommunications projects and political consulting initiatives. In Spain, he has advised institutions on the geopolitical landscape of Latin America, while also fostering partnerships in cybersecurity training and strategic intelligence. In the United States, he has supported consulting firms specializing in intellectual property and energy, providing pre-investment and partnership analysis with local counterparts. He has also participated in cross-border projects alongside partners in Guyana, Trinidad and Tobago, Suriname, Guatemala, El Salvador, and Colombia. Adrian Rocha is a member of Legado a las Américas and a former member of the Argentine Council for International Relations (CARI). His work is centered on the analysis and monitoring of complex, high-uncertainty scenarios where political and geopolitical risk plays a critical role in decision-making.
